Terms & Conditions

1 Chauffeurs at CALL will supply you with a quality Chauffeur, fully licensed to carry passengers with a Victorian Government issued Drivers Certificate.
2 All Chauffeurs supplied by Chauffeurs at CALL will be protected by their own personal Workcover insurance.
3 All Chauffeurs supplied by Chauffeurs at CALL will be self-insured for Third Party Property damage whilst driving, however the clients' vehicle must be covered by Comprehensive Motor Insurance.
4 Chauffeurs at CALL rates are set and are not subject to Penalty rates for Weekends, Public Holidays or outside normal business hours.

Chauffeurs supplied by Chauffeurs at CALL are subject to Occupational Health & Safety regulations and therefore our Company policy does not permit a Chauffeur to work more than 12 hours per day.

It is deemed that the driver is at work whilst within 100 metres of the vehicle, including whilst performing tasks such as washing the vehicle.

Please note that our policy also requires a Chauffeur to take at least a 30 minute break every 5 hours worked and an 8 hour break every 12 hours
