Our chauffeurs are Victorian government licensed drivers with full Victorian Taxi Directorate Drivers’ certificates. They come with their own Workcover, the all-important workers’ compensation insurance that protects the chauffeurs in case of injury at work. And they are self-insured for Third Party Property Damage. All we ask is that your vehicle carries full comprehensive motor insurance.

Chauffeurs at CALL want you to be able to use your vehicle with the same flexibility as you’d have if you were driving it yourself. That’s why we charge a flat hourly rate, regardless of the time of day. In other words, we don’t have penalty rates for weekends, public holidays or other periods outside normal business hours. We believe your vehicle should be available at times that are convenient to you – not just when it’s convenient for us.
